Arrowhead Game Studios will release Siege Breakers, the new premium Warbond content for Helldivers 2, on February 3rd. Coming just five days after the Redacted Regiment Warbond, this surprise announcement brings siege-themed powerful weapons, armor, and stratagems to the game.
An Arsenal That Breaks Through Barriers
Siege Breakers lives up to its name with a loadout designed to shatter defenses. The star of the pack is undoubtedly the LAS-16 Trident, a beloved weapon returning from the original Helldivers in an upgraded form. Instead of the original’s three beams, this “laser shotgun” now fires six beams, designed to melt through enemy hordes and obstacles.
Other standout equipment coming with the Warbond includes:
- CQC-20 Breaching Hammer (Stratagem): A sledgehammer-style Stratagem for close combat enthusiasts. It doesn’t just pack a punch—it can be fitted with explosive charges on its head to demolish enemy defenses (or the enemies themselves).
- GL-28 Belt-Fed Grenade Launcher: Unlike existing grenade launchers, this belt-fed weapon allows you to rain down continuous explosive fire and maintain suppressive bombardment.
- EAT-411 Leveller: A single-shot, high-yield missile launcher. Designed specifically for those who want to “finish the job in one shot” and for taking down heavily armored targets.
- G/SH-39 Shield: A throwable shield generator. It creates a spherical energy barrier where you deploy it, giving you your own cover in open terrain.
Armor and New Passive: “Supplementary Adrenaline”
On the defensive side, the SA-8 Ram (Heavy Armor) is being added for those who want to feel like a tank, along with the SA-7 Headfirst (Medium Armor) for players seeking more mobility.
The most significant feature of these armors is the new passive ability they bring: Supplementary Adrenaline. This ability allows players to regain stamina when taking damage, transforming you into an unstoppable force that gets fiercer with each hit rather than wearing down.
Accompanying capes and player cards include the tattered Rags of the Fashionable cape and the saw-toothed Wedgeful Tricorn.

Is the Cyborg Threat Coming?
Perhaps the most exciting part of the announcement trailer wasn’t the new weapons, but the brief moment at the end showing a section marked “CONFIDENTIAL”.
As you may recall, the update notes for the previous Warbond released on January 22nd hinted at a “major update” coming in February. Leaks within the community and data mined from game files have long suggested that the Cyborg faction (or the creators of the Automatons) will finally make their debut.
Helldivers 2 Siege Breakers Warbond launches on February 3rd.
