XBOX Game Pass has announced quite an ambitious list for the rest of May and early June. Forza Horizon 6, which early access owners have already been enjoying, is available today for all Game Pass subscribers, while titles like Remnant II, Escape Simulator, Final Fantasy VI, and Jurassic World Evolution 3 are lining up. In total, 16 games are being added to the library.
A small note: As you may have noticed, it is no longer “Xbox” but XBOX. Microsoft has decided to change the brand name to be written entirely in capital letters recently.

The game is available in the library for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers.
Remnant II, May 20
Remnant 2, one of the prominent names of the three-person cooperative shooter genre, is being added to Game Pass. Filled with deadly worlds, unique loot, and challenging boss battles, the game offers both melee and ranged combat together. The critically acclaimed title should definitely be on the radar of cooperative game lovers.
Escape Simulator, May 26
The first-person puzzle game Escape Simulator offers highly interactive escape rooms that you can play solo or in online cooperative mode. You can move furniture, examine objects, smash items, and solve clever codes. On top of that, there is an ever-growing content pool with rooms created by the community.
The Outer Worlds: Spacer’s Choice Edition, May 27
The ultimate version of the award-winning RPG by Obsidian Entertainment is coming to Game Pass. In the game set in a space colony, every decision the player makes directly affects the course of the story.

Final Fantasy VI, one of the most beloved classic RPGs, is joining the Game Pass library. It tells the story of a woman with mysterious powers in a world where magic has disappeared following the War of the Magi.
Luna Abyss, May 21 (Day One)
Coming to Game Pass on day one, Luna Abyss is a narrative-driven first-person action-adventure game. As Fawkes, a prisoner condemned to explore a massive megastructure sprawling beneath the surface of the mimic moon Luna, you descend deep into the abyss under the guidance of the artificial warden Aylin. It offers fluid platforming mechanics and bullet-hell style combat.
Dead Static Drive, May 20
Described as “Grand Theft Cthulhu”, Dead Static Drive is an indie horror-survival game set in 1980s America. Weird fiction and Lovecraftian themes are blended with the eerie atmosphere underlying small-town life.
Other Games Coming to Game Pass on Day One
In addition to the above, a few more games are being directly added to the Game Pass library on day one:
- Echo Generation 2 (May 27): A deckbuilding RPG set in a sci-fi world. Build your crew, create powerful decks, and uncover the cosmic threat.
- Crashout Crew (May 28): A physics-based warehouse labor game with up to four players in online cooperative mode. Fulfill orders, throw boxes, and try to stay calm.
- Kabuto Park (May 28): A cute and short collection game where you collect bugs and level them up as little Hana on her summer vacation. You will aim to become the Summer Bug Battles champion.
Games Leaving on May 31
The following titles are leaving the Game Pass library on May 31. Your time is running out to play them one last time or buy them at a discounted price:

- Crypt Custodian (Cloud, Console, PC)
- Metaphor: ReFantazio (Cloud, Console, PC)
- Persona 4 Golden (Cloud, Console, PC)
- Spray Paint Simulator (Cloud, Console, PC)
Especially for those who haven’t tried JRPGs like Metaphor: ReFantazio and Persona 4 Golden yet, these are the last days. These two titles are considered among the best of their genre.
Microsoft also reminded that the XBOX Showcase event will be held in June, signaling that more announcements are on the way.
