Crysis 3 Multiplayer Lives On Thanks to the Community!

The official Crysis 3 multiplayer servers—just like those for the earlier games—were taken offline some time ago. After plenty of dedication, however, the Crysis community found a way to revive the servers.

Important: This workaround only functions with the original Crysis 3 (Steam/EA App). It is not compatible with Crysis 3 Remastered.

How to Play Crysis 3 Online

1. Requirements & Launcher Setup

Original Crysis 3: Install the game via Steam or the EA App (formerly Origin). The title is no longer on sale, but if you previously bought it—or have an active Game Pass subscription—you’re good to go.
Download the Launcher: Grab the community-made Crysis 3 Multiplayer Launcher.exe from this link.
Move the Launcher to Your Game Folder: Place Crysis 3 Multiplayer Launcher.exe directly inside the root directory of Crysis 3—e.g., C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Crysis 3.
Run as Administrator: Right-click the launcher and select “Run as administrator.” The tool will automatically download the required mod—roughly 1 GB. Feel free to proceed with the next steps while it downloads.

2. Install & Join Radmin VPN

Radmin VPN is essential for connecting to community servers.

Download Radmin VPN: Get it from the official site and install.
Join the Community Network: In Radmin VPN, go to Network ➜ Join an Existing Network and enter:
- Network Name: Crysis 3 MP
- Password: 123123

After joining, you’ll see other Crysis 3 players in the list. Stay connected to this network while you play.

3. Launch the Game

Start Crysis 3: With Radmin VPN running and connected, launch Crysis 3 to jump into multiplayer.
Username: The mod is still in active development. For now, your in-game name defaults to your PC name, but a proper username system is planned.
